GHTH Welcomes Kaitlyn Smith as a 2026 Summer Associate

Gaskins Hancock Tuttle Hash is pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Smith as a 2026 Summer Associate.  Ms. Smith is from Bergen County, New Jersey and is a rising 2L at Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Elon University as a first-generation college student.  During her time at Elon, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy and participated in the Memphis School of Law Pre-Law Undergraduate Students Program.  After graduation, she joined DeMayo Law Offices, LLP as a Legal Assistant for the Camp Lejeune Litigation department, where she assisted int he filing of more than 700 Camp Lejeune Justice Act claims.  During her time at GHTH, she looks forward to expanding her experience in civil litigation, personal injury, contractual matters, and education law.
