Biography
Michael is a seasoned litigation attorney and advisor who has practiced business and commercial law for over 20 years. His clients range from individuals, to small businesses, to large institutions and corporations.
Michael believes that all good advice and advocacy begins with taking the time to talk with and truly listen to the client, to understand the client and the matters at issue, and to provide advice, counsel, and a plan of action that is customized for each client and each case.
Michael has built his career around achieving his clients' goals in the most effective and efficient way, from negotiations outside of the courtroom to courtroom advocacy, bench and jury trials, arbitration, and appellate practice. In helping and advising his clients, he brings to the table a meticulous attention to detail, clear communication skills, and wide-ranging knowledge of the law.
His areas of practice include business and commercial law, contract and property disputes (including commercial leases), fraud and misrepresentation, unfair trade practices (including contract interference), wage disputes, management and shareholder issues, insurance disputes, and liens.
