EGH partner James Hash has been appointed to the Council of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Litigation Section for a three-year-term. The Litigation Section includes NCBA members who devote a substantial amount of their practice to civil litigation. The section counsel, which is comprised of both plaintiff and defense attorneys, seeks to achieve a balanced approach to issues affecting litigation in North Carolina. James focuses his practice primarily on business litigation, and he represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina. James has been recognized as a “Legal Elite” in litigation by Business North Carolina and included in the North Carolina Rising Star List as selected by Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation.
