EGH attorney Jason Tuttle was featured on the front page of the April 26, 2013, edition of Lawyers Weekly for obtaining a $1,066,000 wrongful death settlement on behalf of the family of a North Carolina couple. The couple was on a cross-country vacation with family members from Connecticut when a single-car accident in Texas killed all four passengers. The Texas Highway Patrol misidentified the driver of the vehicle, which led to the mistaken transmission of the victims remains to the wrong families. Left uncorrected, the error would also have reduced the available insurance coverage by $800,000. Jason, however, was successful in using DNA testing to correct the error to ensure that each of the victims remains were returned to their families and to achieve a favorable settlement for his clients.
