William “Bill” H. Kroll has joined the law firm of Everett Gaskins Hancock effective January 1, 2021. Bill will focus on business and consumer business bankruptcy, business law, and transaction law. Bill has been board certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Law. Bill joins Everett Gaskins Hancock after eleven years of practicing with a small Raleigh firm, preceded by a clerkship with United States Bankruptcy Judge A. Thomas Small.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Science from State University of New York at Cortland. Bill is a graduate of University of North Carolina Law School, where he finished with honors.
