Property Tax Appeals
The Firm works with property owners across North Carolina whose property may have been overvalued or who have been refused an exemption to appeal to their county’s Board of Equalization and Review and to the North Carolina Property Tax Commission.
Personal Injury
The Firm assists individuals in personal injury matters throughout North Carolina in dealing with insurance companies and, more importantly, in moving forward after an accident has disrupted their lives.
Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights
The Firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights practice includes the representation of creditors in business reorganizations and work-outs and the prosecution and defense of bankruptcy-related litigation, including adversary proceedings.
Pro Bono
Our attorneys work with Legal Aid of North Carolina, North Carolina’s Guardian ad Litem program, and the Campbell University School of Law’s pro bono externship program to fulfill our obligation to serve those who are unable to pay for legal services.
