Everett Gaskins Hancock attorneys represent individuals and organizations in business-related litigation in both state and federal courts throughout North Carolina. EGH has extensive experience working with companies of all sizes – from Fortune 500, and midsize, closely held LLCs, to small businesses. As part of the business and commercial litigation practice, EGH frequently acts as local counsel for national clients involved in North Carolina litigation in association with the client’s regular, out-of-state counsel.
It is our objective to act as strong legal advocates of our clients’ positions while offering a voice of reason to our clients regarding what course of action is reasonably within their best interest in a commercial and business setting. In order to achieve our objectives, our attorneys often work with local and national consultants to conduct focus groups and mock trials in order to present our clients’ positions in the most effective manner.
