Michael J. Byrne has joined the law firm of Everett Gaskins Hancock effective July 1, 2019. He will focus primarily on business litigation including complex business litigation. Mr. Byrne was formerly a solo practitioner, and worked as as Assistant Public Defender in Charlotte, and as a law clerk with the Honorable John B. Lewis, Jr. on the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Mr. Byrne graduated with a degree in Pre-Medicine and English Literature from the University of Notre Dame and earned his J.D. at UNC, Chapel Hill School of Law.
