Matt Hinson has joined the firm as a summer associate. Matt is a rising second-year student at the University of North Carolina School of Law. A native of Kinston, North Carolina, Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish with a minor in Rhetoric from Hampden-Sydney College in 2016, where he graduated summa cum laude. While at Hampden-Sydney, Matt was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team, Phi Beta Kappa, and Omicron Delta Kappa. Matt is currently the president-elect of the UNC Christian Legal Society and a member of the Broun National Trial Team. Matt will be assisting the firm’s business litigation, administrative law and education law practices.
