Melinda K. Tucker (“Mindy”) has joined Everett Gaskins Hancock as a civil litigation paralegal. Mindy has over 16 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal and has worked in West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina. Mindy will be joining our civil litigation team of Ed Gaskins, James Hash and Jason Tuttle. Mindy replaces Athena Chamblee, who has joined the North Carolina Attorney General’s office as part of a newly created division dealing with mortgage fraud.
