Everett Gaskins Hancock Client Acquires Buildings in Raleigh’s Glenwood South

In May Larry McBennett closed the purchase of a 26,500 square foot commercial office building at 509 W. North Street in the Glenwood South district in Raleigh for a client that will relocate its expanding business. Weeks later the client acquired the adjoining building at 300 Glenwood Avenue, known as the Clark Art building. Center Line Digital provides the full range of digital services to its business clients, including motion graphics, mobile applications, websites, product branding, video and other services. One of its recent projects is the production of a systems desktop application that allows IBM’s sales force and business partners to access company resources instantly.
