Legislative Representation
Everett, Gaskins & Hancock attorneys have extensive experience in the representation of corporations, non-profit organizations, trade associations, public-private partnerships and advocacy groups in the North Carolina General Assembly.
Our lobbying practice is an important element of the comprehensive menu of services that we offer organizations that focus on education, economic development, taxation, entrepreneurial incentives, travel and tourism, biotechnology, aquaculture, and health care. (See Non-Profit Organizations, Trade Associations and Public-Private Partnerships).
